I am a Los Angeles illustrator serving the entertainment industry drawing storyboards and concept art. Since childhood, I’ve been telling stories, making my own comic books and movies. Today, I help entertainment professionals visualize their ideas across many media . Some of my credits include the movies Christopher Robin, Wonder Woman, Fantastic Four, Prince Caspian, TMNT, and Sky Captain. I also do stuff for TV, commercials, music videos and such, with shows like “NCIS,” "Scooby Doo," "Growing Up Creepie" and "Wolverine and the X-Men" among the titles I've worked on.

I’m also the co-author of Professional Storyboarding: Rules of Thumb (published by Focal Press) with Sergio Paez. I have taught storyboarding and creature design from time to time at schools like Otis, Academy of Art, and Los Angeles Academy of Figurative Art. I've also given talks and participated in panels at conventions like San Diego Comic Con, Big Wow, Lightbox and others. My career started in the computer gaming industry, beginning with a nine-year stint as a lead animator at LucasArts Entertainment. Some of the games I worked on include Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Full Throttle, Curse of Monkey Island, Herc's Adventures, Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine, and Force Commander. In 2002, I moved to Los Angeles to work in film and TV, but still take work in the games industry. To book me for work, please email me at ansonjewart@gmail.com or call or text 323-687-8309. I am represented by Famous Frames.
